Our relationship with you doesn’t need to end once your website goes live. We offer ongoing technical support and maintenance services to ensure your site continues to perform at its best.
Hosting
When we launch your website, we ensure compatibility between the hosting environment and the website’s framework, and optimise hosting settings for improved speed and responsiveness.
From thereon, who you host with is up to you, but we’d be delighted to continue hosting your site if that is what you choose. If we are managing the process, we can quickly address hosting-related issues, minimise downtime, and address slow loading speeds, or compatibility problems. We’d also be constantly monitoring for vulnerabilities, and implementing updates to ensure the website stays functional and secure.
